What services does Lexphire provide?
We provide guidance and support for IAA Level 1 examination preparation. We also assist foreign-qualified lawyers with Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) registration with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), SQE 2 exemption applications, Bar Transfer Test (BTT) exemption applications, and establishing a law firm in the UK to practise either the law of their home jurisdiction or UK immigration law.
Who is the IAA Level 1 course designed for?
The course is designed for UK residents, international students, and anyone preparing to sit the IAA Level 1 Immigration Adviser examination — including individuals from both legal and non-legal backgrounds.
Who does Lexphire work with?
We work with UK-resident aspiring Immigration Advisers from both legal and non-legal backgrounds, including UK-based foreign-qualified lawyers, helping them prepare for the IAA Level 1 examination. We also support international law graduates and foreign-qualified lawyers, whether based inside or outside the UK, who wish to qualify as solicitors or barristers in the UK through the available exemption pathways.
