An internship for people early in a legal career who want to understand how UK immigration and qualification work in practice rather than in outline. You will work alongside the team on live material, and what you produce will be reviewed properly.
What you will do
- Research UK immigration rules and qualification routes, and turn what you find into material other people can use
- Help prepare and check application documents alongside the team handling them
- Sit in on client consultations, once you are ready and the client is comfortable
- Contribute to our guides and news write-ups, with your work reviewed before it is published
Who we are looking for
- Law students, recent graduates, or foreign-qualified lawyers new to this jurisdiction
- Careful writing in English — most of the work is reading closely and explaining clearly
- Genuine interest in immigration and legal qualification, not just legal work generally
- No prior UK experience required
